Need expert help 2 completely removing my cell phone # from my HSN ZTE Cybal flip phone SIm Card
Hi Everyone,
I am really stumped and need some help from HSN Trackfone ZTE Cymbal Tracfone users to completely remove my cell phone # from this device since it has numerous defects and I will be returning it using the HSN EZ return UPS prepaid return label.
This is what I was advised to do in order to completely remove all personal information so the phone is wiped clean and everything is removed before I return the defective HSN ZTE flipfone for a full refund back to the EZ return label address which I already received.
#1) I completely removed my ZTE Tracfone cellphone from my Google accounts, and was successful doing that.
#2) I completely removed my HSN ZTE cell phone from my Tracfone account, and it said it was successfully removed.
#3) Was advised to do a full encryption on the HSN ZTE Cymbal Tracphone cellphone but still retained my security 4 digit security code to be able to ensure no one can hack into my returned HSN ZTE cell phone and get any personal information from anything.
#4) Was advised to do a factory data reset which is supposed to erase everything on this THIS HSN ZTE Cymbal flip phone including Google Accounts, System & App Data, Downloaded Apps, Music, Photo’s, and all other user data/ and data in general.
I did the factory reset and again used my 4 digit security code and pressed to get to the home screen when a message appeared which stated in writing for me to read the following:
Sim card is activated and it clearly displayed my complete ZTE Cymbal cell phone number, so I contacted Trackfone yesterday again, and all I get is a run around and no one @ Tracfone can or will answer how to remove my cell phone number completely off of their sim card so when the defective HSN ZTE FLIP cell phone is returned for a full refund, no one who turns this cell phone on will be able to see anything from my previous user date, or cell phone #.
Tracfone also hung up a few times when I called back and when I respectfully asked to speak with a Tracfone Supervisor….so from a consumer stand point I feel betrayed by Tracfone, and now honestly feel that Tracfone is totally useless as far as offering complete total useful correct expert pro help, with regards to their HSN ZTE Cybal flip fone.
I still do not wish to return this defective HSN Tracfone Flip cell phone using the easy return label HSN so kindly emailed to me, until my phone # is totally removed from the sim card so no one can ever hack into the phone and steal any of my personal user accounts, cell phone #, data usage, Internet history, or any other cell phone user sensitive personal information.
I have already been a victim of ID theft, so do not ever wish to repeat that horrible experience, and it was advised not only by Tracfone but by the Internet after goggling this problem that the sim card must be deactivated so my cell phone # is completely wiped off before I return the defective cell phone back for a full refund.
I thank everyone in advance if I can get some pro help here with this issue, and I would greatly appreciate some pro advice on how to get my phone # off of the sim card so I can then use the HSN EZ return label and hand the phone to my UPS carrier to scan in, and take it to send it on its merry way for my complete HSN defective flip phone refund back to my original method of Visa Card payment.
