coupons AGGREVATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an hsn credit card and when I get coupons they hardly ever work , Its frustrating and aggravating , It makes me go elsewhere to shop out of spite , cathy from ma

Quite a few of us are also disappointed that the e-mail coupons are for a select few. However, many times that I have received one, it wasn’t used because it was only applicable for certain items. Other times the percentage off only covered a few pennies or may have given you a S&H break. Still not worth it’s weight in gold. Guess that’s the reason I have been shopping at other sites where 10%-40% off is a true coupon. Not only that, but you can use it numerous times while active. And yes, these can also be used for clearance items. Most times it is for the entire purchase. HSN should be looking at other on line shopping sites and become more competitive. At least, that’s my thought. 

I so agree.  I find it really annoying.  There are many reasons people choose to stop using multiple credit cards and I don’t think we should need to justify why we don’t want to keep adding cards to get promotions.  It would seem that regular customers should be able to use coupons with the credit or debit card they use for online purchases at HSN.  I understand the extra ez payment but not coupons.  Please consider  our request.

Hi  Yes, there are some coupons only available to HSN cardholders. However, I don’t have an HSN card either and do receive coupons on a regular basis via email that are available to everyone.  

Go into your account and click on preferences.  Put a check on receive promotion, coupons, etc.
