So Angry!
I posted this as a reply to another upset customer but i’m so mad I wanted to make my own post.
The shipping is worse and worse!!
It took a month to get my presents for my husband and I ordered them well before christmas.
Now i have an order for a today’s special ordered on the 22nd and still no ship!!! How in God’s name can you have a today’s special and NOT SHIP IT????
Nothing but excuses from customer service. Just a lot of oh i’m sorry and we don’t know anything. They can’t tell you what stage your order is in, when it is expected to ship or anything about your order. Get this, I was told that it would arrive on the 1st. Really? on a holiday and a sunday. hmmmmmm
I think it is HIGHLY offensive that they lock the order down so you can’t cancel it after midnight but it is ok for them to take their time to ship it. Try to cancel and you get told no you can send it back. All I want is my stuff.
I ordered from QVC last week and I have it already. I suggest HSN gets a new logistics dept complete with tracking. I spend a lot of money here and I will stop except for my serious skin care. I’m done with the excuses and lies
