Anyone Out There Used HSN Card 12 Month Financing? HELP!
I can’t get Customer Service to answer a question for me and it cost me not being able to get the Today’s Special Bose!
Say I have $300 balance on my HSN card. I buy a TV for $300 and do the HSN financing, making the total owed on my card $600. I pay about $100 per month on my HSN card. I EXPECT $25 of that to be placed towards the TV, and the other $75 per month to go towards paying down the $300 or more of the rest of the merchandise I have purchased. The way I read what they wrote, I have to pay down ALL of my purchases before any of it will be applied to my 12 month financing! Can someone help me and answer how the 12 month financing works when you have a continuous balance on your card? Do they keep the special financing item separate?

I had this problem with an I PAD I bought. I had to call the bank everytime I made a payment and have them separate what payment goes to the 12 month and what goes towards your other balance.. It was a real pain to do this every month but it worked out in the end. Call every month to Comenity Bank. You have to keep on it,. or you will owe the interest if it does not show it is being paid. , I can’t speak from experience, but I looked at the HSN card credit agreement. It says, “The Minimum Payment is the total of the minimum payments for the Regular Revolving and promotional Credit Plans plus any Past Due amounts. That means they’re calculated separately. If you make the total required minimum payment each month, the TV will be paid off within the 12-month promotional period.
That’s basically what said, but the way he phrased it might not have made it clear to you. Sorry you didn’t get your Bose. :womansad:
