sent expired coupon please help

i NEVER get coupons finally get one and its expired!! did the chat said nothing they can do to help disappointed by HSN again so sad. I am trying to stay loyal through shipping delays etc. But that was 10 dollars that should have been taken off the order I placed PLEASE PLEASE HELP thank you so much
