Coupon Confusion

I have a couple of coupons that appear in my coupon and Kash page but when I try to use them I get the message they are not valid. Customer service says the coupons are for new HSN card accounts. Why would they be showing in my personal coupon area if they don’t even apply to me (I already have an HSN card)? Thanks for any clarification you can provide. One is for $25 and the other for $10.

When is this coupon valid, and when does it expire?

usstomer service first said it was for new card holders only and I couldn’t use them at all, then said I should be able to use one of them on March 1.

HSN is trying to convince u to open a card so u can use those coupons.
