I purchased items and then a coupon reminder is sent to me for 20 percent off a single purchase. Why didn’t I automatically get the saving when the purchase was made. I’m sure you can do something for your system to check for savings available before completing a purchase.

I uderstand what your saying….HSn….sent me a coupon as well. and, it didnt work when I called in for an item….this is a scam from HSN….
