disapointed in wolfgang puck grill
I bought a wolfgang grill in 2014 and had a service warranty on it (which I didnt even remember) well that expired in october of 16, I have only use grill once before,so the other night took out to grill three rib eye steaks. Cooked two perfectly (only two would fit) put number three steak in grill beeped several times and shut off. I waited and let unit cool down thinking it may have over heated. Plugged back in and wont turn on.
Two days later called HSN they passed me along to wolf gang puck customer service which told me the housing is defective and they dont so anything for it. I asked if there was something I could replace a fuse or something since unit was over 100 dollars they said no.,
I dont understand why they dont stand behind there products, I would not buy anything from wolfgang puck again and I am a long time custiomer of HSN and feel they left me out to dry and dont stand behind the products they are selling

, I see your order of Oct 2014 and that it was covered by the manufacturer’s 1 year limited warranty. Unfortunately, there is no HPP extended warranty in effect and I’m not able to recommend a resolution or repair. I do apologize for your disappointment.

I believe citrus oils are toxic to cats, please don’t take any chances, if any doubt please call poison control. Good luck and happy purrs for your kitties !! :cathappy:

I don’t know if they are toxic but I doubt they would be good for an animal to chew on.Why not just place them where the cats can not get to them.I would not allow my cats to chew on them even if they are considered safe.
