LIFETIME TECHNICAL SUPPORT FROM ELITE CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Can anyone tell me if they have had problems with Elite technical support. I can’t seem to get an answer from HSN as to if this company still exists and if so how to contact them for assistance. All the phone numbers I have been given by HSN are no longer good and the website doesn’t exists. I purchased this computer with lifetime technical support included and now seem to have none. Thanks so much.

It has now been over 24 hours and I have not received a call from HSN. Do you have a phone number. When I called HSN customer service 2 days ago she also said someone would contact me and I have heard nothing.. Can you please help me. I have had this computer a couple of years, I purchased it as a back up and didn’t turn it on until this week and need assistance with setting it up.
