Thank u for clarifying and offering to help in the future. I called HSN, and a Supervisor compensated me for the past. :smileyvery-happy: When I told him that my Favorites disappear all the time, he said that my previous complaints had not been properly submitted by staff and that he would take care of it. :smileyhappy:

I did it with an item several months ago. I asked CS what if it goes down again within the 30 days? He happily said “as long as it’s within 30 days when you call you will keep getting the price adjustments”.:womanvery-happy:

HSN told me we are only allowed ONE price adjustment per item. Was I misinformed? If so, HSN owes me some money!

Not sure if Suzanne was able to answer your question- do I will offer my advice.
I would suggest using StazOn ink or Memento to stamp with when using watercolor pencils. If you decide to use alcohol pens I would use Memento. (was told Stazon would not work since it’s alcohol based also. )
