Flexpaymanager/ hsn credit payment/ account preferences were changed over 2 months ago
Very concerned and not happy that my personal bank count was charged with flex amount, which should have been charged to my hsn credit card account. My account had been update for some time now that those payments were to be charged to the hsn credit card, My account information should have been removed completely if Im not mistaken when i changed my account preferences over 2 months ago. I didn’t give permission for that charge to go through my personal bank account & when i’m in my account preferances for payments it doesn’t show my personal bank card information anywheres on there so how is that allowed?

No thats incorrect!!! How come my credit card details show my last two payments straight through the credit card! And wouldnt my bank account be showing up in my account preferences??? This isn’t the first time I have issues, and apparently everyone else has issues. So what’s the explanation on my bank account info not being in my setting but my han credit card is???

, according to our records, your FlexPay’s for the Silhouette CAMEO 2 Die Cutter with PixScan & Vinyl weren’t set up to be charged to your HSN Card but instead your personal card. Due to this, the payment that was charged today was charged to your personal card. I truly apologize for any inconvenience.
