My HSN order status, HSN order history and HSN flex pay manager have all completely disappeared.

Dear HSN,
I have not yet completed payments for my HSN flex payments to HSN, and orderd quite a bit of which I received some items already, and some other items are still in the process of being shipped by the carrier, to my residence.
As of 1/24/2017 in the early AM, all my HSN orders, HSN Order History, and my HSN Flex Pay Manager History has disappeared completely.
The only information displayed which I can see under my HSN.com Account states no orders found.
I hope this HSN glitch does not become a constant problem
Please resolve and reinstate my HSN.com account to reflect everything again, and also kindly advise reply asap, and many thanks.

I am having the same issue. I was getting concerned that they screwed up my account. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

Same thing just happened to me. my status and history are gone. all it says is no orders found. I also have something on back order that was sold out info is missing and they charged my account and its never been shipped to me. I hope they fix this glitch and Im not paying for something that is sold out and never shipped to me.
