Curtis Stone 26L Convection Oven

I recently purchased the Curtis Stone 26L Convection Oven.  I would like more instruction on where to place the racks in the oven when I use it.  When I use the Rotisserie, do I put the drip pan on the rack or directly on the element in the bottom of the oven?  There is no room for the food in the drip pan if it is put on the rack.  The instructions do not tell you where to place the rack.  Also is there are place that you can get an additional rack if you want to make 2 pizzas at the same time?  Any help and videos would be greatly  appreciated.
