Defective Jay King merchandise

I have bought many hundreds of dollars of Jay King merchandise. I have an older necklace, firestone opal. The clasp broke and the pendant crashed to the ground and the glued stone broke in half. I see his return policy. You pay for shipping to him and send 10 for their shipping back. That is unacceptable. I can probably get a local jeweler to do it for less or same price. This will affect my future purchases of his jewelry. I will never purchase his jewelry again. HSN will be affected by this. I don’t trust him any more.
