Keith Urban Guitar exchange/return
I purchased a Keith Urban Player Guitar for Christmas. I opened and found the wrong guitar was sent to me. I did put in for a return/exchange. This has been processing for quite some time even though you’ve have the guitar in stock and then all sold out twice now. I have not sent the original guitar in yet because I fear if I do the on processing could end up not fulfilled and cancelled and I will have no guitar.
I would like the correct guitar that I ordered at the price I ordered it and have been paying for. Do I send the one I have back and cross my fingers and toes and hope?

It won’t be a refund though, right? You said that the replacement guitar had been reserved for me and that it would be shipped when the returned guitar had been delivered.

I see that my old guitar has been delivered, how long does it normally take before the replacement is sent out? Thanks! 🙂

OK. So if I get the guitar out this week the new one will be shipped? I’ve exchanged other items that were shipped and received by me before the returned item got there. Most recent was dg2 jeans which I received a few days ago and the one I returned has only just today shown up in the returns tracking.

I also have a pair of dg2 embroidered jeans that were ordered while the initial presentations n was being aired and they have been processing since ordered. The jeans are not an exchange/return, this was my initial order for them.
