Order cancelled??

I checked with my HSN credit card and then my order was cancelled after? I go to checkout again and the available on my card is not what it should be if the order was cancelled. Can someone tell my why my order was cancelled?!

4 full business days the funds haven’t been released back into my card. I’m extremely unimpressed since I was told 3 days.
