Sizes not showing on iPad app or HSN.com safari

Every item I’ve looked at on clearance will not display a size selection. I tried HSN.com and nothing there either. What’s going on? Would like to shop! Thanks

Whatever the issue was, it was fixed earlier this evening.

That made me double check my last update. It didn’t install. Just checked my iphone and it’s working fine. Funny my iPad was displaying fine just hours ago. Trying to install now but SLOW. I’ll let you know if that didn’t resolve it. Thanks for the prompt response!

Just as additional info. It looks like if not available in plus then the word “size” isn’t there at all. Just nothing in that space. They did recently update the app but HSN.com on safari is doing the same thing.

Hi , I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Just to make sure I’m understanding…. you are unable to select the size you would like before adding it to your bag? Or you are unable to view the size chart?
