Help with price change please.

I ordered Colleen’s top 492-881 (brown and black) about an hour or so ago at $29.99. Then I got a notice of a price drop to $14.99. Can I get a price adjustment? If not, I will just cancel. I do not want to pay twice as much.

I should have made the pic bigger – her dress is tiny dragonflies on it and the sleeve is pink and white stripes. Now that I have that figured out my plan is to cut it out of fabric and attempt a few baby quilts. I am still looking for this style baby carriage
