Item is Cheaper Now

Hello – I have the opposite problem – HSN raised the price on a completed and confirmed order.  I am trying to e-mail customer service, but I cannot send the form.  Please assist me.  Thanks.

Hi Lilmama74,

Not all papers are created equal. With the paper you have try to use less pressure when embossing.

For a heavier paper like the paper from Crafter’s Companion you can use a heavier hand pressure.

My problem is lining up the emboss design with my tool.

I noticed on the instructions they say to practice with a piece of velum paper or a transparent paper to get use to working with the designs.

I find that some of my less weight card stock will tear if I use to much pressure.

Here is a picture of the end that I use when I have used the embossing designs.
