Early Holiday Season Shopping

I thought HSN offered a special early Christmas shopping season the last weekend in September this past year (2016). I know the holiday season usually starts the beginning of October (except Christmas in July), and then you have until the end of January to return your items. I’m begging customer service to LOOK into this for me. Don’t just respond without researching this for me PLEASE! I’m not crazy am I?
