Odor in DG2 black jeans
All of the DG2 jeans and jeggings in black I’ve ever purchased have an extremely unpleasant odor. Several years ago, I was able to remove the smell by soaking for 6 hours in OxiClean. However, that no longer works. I’ve also tried vinegar and baking soda. Please contact the manufacturer’s representative for DG2 Jeans and find out what product will remove the chemical odor. I tried to contact them myself but I have to represent a company to send them a message. Thank you so much for your help.
PS: The current pair I have is item 512-381 DGLUXSPORT luxe denim skinny jegging.

How can you say you have no way to contact the manufacturer of the DG2 jeans? My first call would be to let Diane Gilman know about the issue with the black jeans. It’s her name on them and she should want to know. 2nd – I would notify the buyer for DG2 about this issue. They need to get this addressed with the manufacturer as they are buying this merchandise.
Diane Gilman is your largest fashion line. I don’t believe there is nothing HSN can do.
