tracphone activation

Just received my tracphone Samsung Galaxy Sky I purchased. There is no instrucions on how to acyivate nor is there any instrauctions on how to get my 1350 talk/text/data that is suppose to come with the phone. My nickname is not linked to my account, the order number for the phone is I don’t under stand why the instructions were not part of the phone package I received.
