Does the 12/24/2016 HSN Today’s Special Sporto Boot come with easy return USPS & UPS prepaid labels?

Hi  HSN Customer Service:

Can you please reply notify if the 12/24/2016 today’s special Sporto Boot comes with an HSN easy return label in the delivery package with the product?

Also please advise reply if the return prepaid shipping labels include USPS which is U.S. Postal Mail, and UPS return labels that I can use, in order to hand back to either shipping carrier in case there is a problem with this boot, which will be a belated gift?

Please reply asap if they do as I would like to order the item in black before it may sell out.
