Order won’t be here by Christmas
I ordered the Ming TS on Friday, the whole day it said it would be received by Christmas. I tracked the number emailed to me today and it won’t be delivered to me until 12/27! You should not advertise that “you’ll have it for Christmas” when you can’t fulfill that promise.

People, the only way to solve this is when the package arrives on 12/27and not the guaranteed delivery by Christmas promise by HSN then return the package. i purchased a PS4 for my 8 year old grandson with that guaranteeand now being told the date is 12/27. i ran around all day Sat and finally purchased one at Walmart for almost $200 less then HSN. it will be returned to HSN when it arrives

It seems all of you are in the same boat as other customers who have started blogs with the same question. I do believe that HSN has some responsibility in that they should be able to know where every package is at all steps. If there is a problem they should own up to it. However, once it leaves the HSN warehouse or a Vendor’s warehouse, it is really up to the delivery people to see that it reaches it’s destination on time and by the date specified. I found myself in a similar situation a few weeks ago and finally contacted UPS to see why the item had been sitting in one place for six days. According to UPS it should never be that long in any one place and upon checking did find my package was still there. He was able to expedite it at that time and within two days it was on my doorstep. Customer Service usually tells you to wait 10 days before contacting them and that used to be what I went by. But when I started purchasing from other websites that were able to tell me where my item was every step of the way and also inform me of delays due to weather, fires, accidents, etc., I wondered why HSN could not do the same.

I also ordered the Ming Tsai TS on 12/16 with the promise of Christmas delivery. I also ordered the lid for the pan. The induction burner is still in Ontario, CA. I received the lid earlier this week. I’m sure my DIL is going to be thrilled with a lid but no pan to put it on.
I wonder if they were lying about keeping the pan if not pleased with the burner?
It’s a shame Chef Tsai is getting horrible reviews. People are reviewing HSN shipment and not the item itself. Shame on HSN for allowing this to happen.

Candace@HSN, thanks for telling me exactly what I have read on UPS website. When I selected my item your website guaranteed to receive by Christmas. The date changed after paying on my confirmation. My real issue is that since 12/20 my item hasn’t moved from California! Now 4 days and no activity. It’s absurd! HSN has lost me as customer. I know your company won’t care, but customer service is crucial. I called on 12/22 to even ask if you could change/expedite; of course at my expense, and was told that HSN doesn’t allow that! Why not? Again, customer service is crucial. I have received subpar customer service!

Same here!! I ordered 12-19 with guaranteed delivery by 12-23 & mine sat for 2 days before UPS ever checked it in!! Now delivery date is 12-27 and this was supposed to be a surprise gift from Santa!!! Guess a picture will have to do because obviously someone dropped the ball here!!!

My item was purchased on 12/16, and shipped on 12/19 from California. My package has not moved since 12/20. I am so upset with HSN. This was a present for my son for Christmas. I will NEVER shop HSN again!

I would still like to know why my item was shipped UPS ground and not something that would get it from one coast to the other in time for Christmas?

Any word on why it was not shipped in a way to get it to me before Christmas? Even tracking through HSN says 12/27. I was already aggrivated by my so called birthday coupon – I was saving it to order something on my birthday only to wait to long as the coupon expired on 12/15 – we don’t even get the whole month to decide what to use it on?? My birthday isn’t until the 31st.

Maybe I have no right to post in this thread..Since I didn’t purchase anything during this last push by HSN..Although I was tempted on a few things..I have been avoiding ordering anything after reading about all the delay issues.
If HSN has been having shipping and cancellation issues dating back well over a month or so..How can they PROMISE..items offered a few days before Christmas WILL be at your door by Christmas ???
I am sorry for all of those people who are depending on that Christmas Eve delivery…If the pkg. ends up going smart post..I’m sure it won’t happen..Here we rarely get a USPS delivery on any Saturday….including regular mail. and have never gotten any smart post pkg. on a Saturday!..
Let alone Christmas Eve..

Sure hope I’m wrong for all of you who are waiting..I guess you can always print out a pic of the expected item..just hope it’s not for a child..waiting for a box of something from Santa!
