Suzanne Runyan’s necklace?

Does anyone know if the necklace Suzanne is wearing is offered on HSN? It looks like a station necklace and has 2 strands (or is really long and doubled) and has large oval clear crystals/beads, white pearls, smaller clear crystals and the metal is silvertone.

Whew! Finally!

I read one review wherein the lady said that she wanted the noted vendor to make a statement conceding to the mistakes and apologizing for them. …. (That makes sense to me.)

But instead, the vendor merely stated ” The mop is amazing.”

It IS amazing though, that other channels’ forums reflect similiar ‘negative’ experiences and opinions
