It’s great that the HSN Marketing Department finally took notice.  But honestly, is there no one in their department who job it is to review the community forum?  After all they are a marketing department.  One would think their own forum might provide information on their customers that would be informative and useful.  Sad that kemiqueen had to spend so much time and effort, which we all appreciate, to do their job for them.

?…I, too, have contacted them several times this year, as a single voice, and each time was told my concern was heard and greatly appreciated and would be turned over to the proper department to be reviewed.

Once again, thanks for your effort and the feedback from them.  I’m sure we are all anxiously awaiting their new procedures.
