Where is my order?

I placed several orders on 11/28 (Cyber Monday), and 3 of them are still in ‘Packaging’.  I’ve contaced customer service twice via chat, and I am told that the estimated delivery will be 12/19.  It still says they are in packaging, and I haven’t receive any email notification about the items shipping.  Can you give me anymore information on this?  I NEED 1 of those by Christmas Eve, because it’s a gift for my father. 

*Edited to add that I cannot wait 3 the hours for Customer Service on the phone…I really need some answers, otherwise I need to cancel and go shop somewhere else so that I have a gift to give for Christmas.  Thank you.

Ok can i go ahead and request a refund as this will never arrive in time for Christmas even if it is found.

Hello , it looks like the order shipped out to you on 11/20, however, its been sitting with the courier. I’d be happy to either issue you a refund for the order or try to reach out to our partner to locate the package. Let me know which option will work best for you.

Rhiannon maybe cracked on u tube will pick it up.  They make fun of everything.  The older guy Roger cracks me up.  He does a lot of skits……Ronnie

Hahahah! Oh, Kathyz that’s too darn funny!!! You all are hysterical! I think a comedy show as a sequel to Joy’s movie is in order. The customers can put it together. Hey, who cares if it’s just on youtube! Include people using it at home, calling HSN screaming, everything from start to finish! The floors sadly getting trashed. Oh dear.
