No order history

Placed order for 486-529 Cubs football jacket. Created Visa Checkout account for 20.00 off. Discount applied and confirmed order at end. Now I cannot see order in order history nor have I received an email order confirmation. Had a qvc account years ago and had collection balance for a bankruptcy . Could this be why the order apparently didn’t process?

When you checkout through Visa Checkout, you usually can’t see the order in a new HSN account. I would be happy to look into this for you, please send your phone number and email address used in a private message.
