What a Mess

I ordered 2 items for Christmas gifts . Korres blue sage balm and shower gel and Korres Santorri Vine duo . When they arrived the packaging looked dirty worn and torn , like the stuff you buy at a flea market that has been returned or pulled from the shelf .But the worse part was the shower gel top was broken and shower gel everywhere from the Santori Vine . I am sending that one back I like the blue sage so I can clean it up and take it out of the box . My question is do you want me to send the shower gel back half full or dump it and send the empty container . Also I would apprciate it if you would not charge me for return shipping .I tried to call and it was a 30 minute hold . Thank you . order no137357****

, I’m so sorry you received the shower gel in such a condition it was a mess. I’ve arranged for a new order to be sent at no charge and your don’t have to return the original order. You can expect the replacement to arrive by 12/15.
