Is there going to be a delay in my order? Its been in packaging for a week now and is suppose to be here by the 9th

I just called and was told its not on extended delivery? Seriously which one is it

I only ordered through HSN because the item i wanted was sold out everywhere. If it was delayed because of inventory issues please let me know and not be around the bush about it because I dont want to find out my order was canceled due to you guys not being able to fullfill the order! This was a christmas gift and its too much of a gamble to sit around like a duck until the 16!
