Spin 2 win gift card not working

i had won a gift card from the spin to win game…at first i did not get it and then it had to be resent…now when i try to use it i get told that it is invalid or that i should add some zeros to the beginning of the numbers if it is not 15 digits.. there was no 15 digits just 6…

was i sent the wong thing.. please help.

I had the same thing happen to me. Never received my $25. To spend. Ugh!!!!!!

I’m sorry to see this, . It sounds like you were sent the wrong info. What where the 6 digits you received?
