No email or order history
I placed an order yesterday afternoon. I have not received an email confirmation and when I looked back at my order history it shows none, however, my credit card has been charged. Please help!

I’m not sure what you mean by you don’t see an account linked to my nickname. I’m logged into my account right now and just created my nickname while logged in. Please explain

I don’t see an account for this nickname, so that likely means you chose to checkout as a guest before making an account. Since you did not have an account created, we were not able to email anything. Please check your bank statement for the order number and then you can use the Single Order Lookup on http://www.hsn.com to check on this status.

I agree with you Benda13, I received it yesterday and when I sprayed it smelled lovely, however as the day went by the scent was stronger and cologne like. I will be returing.
