Shipping issues

I hvnt received my package yet I tracked it says shipping error but I’ve received several packages in the past with no problems. If no one is home they leave a note and leave at drop off center but now it’s 3 days since they came and nothing

Okay so then who I contact for this because I was never contacted about my package and my address or anything. I received my other package just a couple days ago with no problems so why was I never contacted or anything… I am very upset now it says my package is being returned to sender and I was never notified
