Delays in shipping craft items
Good evening! I have 4 items that are still in Packaging status from Craft Day. I have spoken to a CS rep and received $5.00 spendable Kash. But there needs to be consistency in what is being done for customers. Some are getting $5.00 total spendable Kash, and some are receiving $5.00 Kash for each item they’re still waiting for! I have been following this here on the forums and on Anna Griffin’s facebook page so I know there is a discrepancy depending which CS rep you happen to talk to (or how persistent a customer is). So knowing this, the delay just becomes more frustrating.

I’m sorry for the frustration with these orders. I added an additional $20.00 to your Spendable Kash balance, which is available immediately.

I agree with that. But I also think that coupons issued during the birthday month shouldn’t expire until the end of the last day of the month.
