My Order History is coming up as Empty

I also am having this issue. I bought a 17″ Dell laptop back in late september early october and wanted to check on my remaining flex payments. I no longer see that purchase or anything relating to it in my account. My family members who have been shopping on here for years say recent orders should be available for 12 months for original purchase date. HSN, where is my purchase history?

Can’t order anything, even though my credit card is good.

Well, HSN really messed up on this one.  For some odd reason, they decided to combine my account with someone else in my household with the same first name, but different last name.  Are you kidding me HSN?  Why would you do that?  You should know you can have more than one person in a household with the same name that are also your customers.  My relative with the same first name said she was happy that her account was “fixed”, but I’m really upset with HSN for combining our accounts in the first place.  I don’t think I will be ordering anything from HSN for a long time until they fix these internet issue that seem to randomly do weird things that effect one’s confidential information like that.  HSN internet technical team, please get your act together and stop making these kinds of serious mistakes!

order history too disappeared. Also new purchase which was being processed is not showing up! What’s happening????

Same here, my Order History page is blank.  Hopefully this problem is solved by HSN soon.

Mine is too.  Automated ordering isn’t available either. I was wondering too!
