Very upset Heidi Daus ring has lost metal finish

I would like to have my Heidi Daus ring replaced. It was a very favorite and suddenly the finish on the ring is gone and it looks coppery instead of silvery. I am very upset and would like to send it back to you to be replaced with a comparable one. I do not see this beautiful ring offered anymore. Size 8. Please give me an address to send it to. Please stand by your products. I do not wish for money to be refunded. I just request the ring to be replaced.

Lol! I know what you mean! I only contribute to this thread after I buy mine! And I always check to make sure someone else hasn’t listed an item I want before I can buy it.
