Tony Little Jeweled Health Sandals

I recently ordered 4 pair of Tony Little Health Sandals which all came in one large box along with a pair of Born boots also ordered. The jeweled health sandals (2 pair in one bag) were sent in the wrong color. I went online to check my order which was correct: I had ordered the orange/blue but your shipping sent me the purple/black. I want to send these back and get the correct colors I ordered but I don’t think it is my responsibility to pay for shipping to return the ones that were sent in the wrong color. Also, the box is large and if I return them in the big box, they are going to be bouncing around inside that box. Please advise on how I should return these for exchange of the colors I ordered. Thanks.

, I’m sorry you received your order in the wrong color. As long as you mark the return label correctly, you shouldn’t be charged to use the return label. If you have a smaller box to sent them back in that would be great, if not please use the box that was provided. Please let me know if you need further assistance with your return.
