Big easy recipes

I don’t know, but I looked in Microsoft’s community. Someone asked, “Will my surface pro 4 need antivirus? Which one is the best for it?” A moderator responded, “Windows comes with Windows Defender. You really don’t need to replace it with a
third party AV product (IMO). And some of these 3rd party AV products cause
issues.”

I also found the recipes link but the main one I was looking for doesn’t apper to be there – the one for the brisket.  Does anyone have that one?

found it!!!  thank you ladies!  I like this better than the book the smoker came with – its helpful to have approximate times rather than ‘when it reaches a certain temp’.  that makes it hard to plan when you actually have to start the cooking.
