To sign up for coupons, go to My Account at the top right of your HSN homepage. Scroll down to Manage Preferences. Check the box for HSN Promotions under Email, and hit the SAVE CHANGES button below. You may receive coupons by postal mail or in your packages, but u can’t sign up for that. Just make sure your mailing address is up to date. Sometimes u will see a coupon on your HSN homepage. Take a screenshot of it if u can, or at least write it down, for it may not be there the next time u sign in.

Visa Checkout, the UPS app and rebates sites also offer HSN coupons from time to time. Members post coupon codes on this forum as well. However, there are lots of restrictions, and the codes may not work for u.

If u ever have problems using a code on an online purchase, read the rules in the coupon error message. If u do not understand why your purchase does not qualify, contact CS. Often ppl are told that they cannot use a coupon, bc it is for selected customers only. Selected Customers are chosen by the HSN Marketing Team. We do not know the criteria for the selection process, but if u are chosen, the coupon should be linked to your account. HSN is currently revising the coupon system, so hopefully things will be fair in the near future!

Spendable Ka$h is not a rewards program. It is an option to receive return refunds and Price Guarantee refunds as SK, but it is better to just have your original form of payment refunded. If u win an HSN gift card through a contest, your money will be placed into your account as SK.
