Hey Ladies, its my 1st post on the forum. I called customer service about this and she said wait until tomorrow. Last month I have the same problem, what gives ?

We checked into your order and see that the status is correct and your order is in process for delivery, as estimated, by 5/16/14, or before. There is no need to call in as you will receive a confirmation email when the order ships. Additionally, your Order Status will update with tracking information, once it is in transit.
