Ooops, yes meant thin. I was in the car (passenger) on my phone, so blaming it on the auto correct.

I fold the mattress pad in half lengthwise, not necessarily neatly, and fit it down and around the agitator. I think my washer has an XL size tub, 4 cu.ft. Not the largest, but bigger than some.

  Thank u. I think it looks thin enough too. I can’t do my king size mattress pads in my relatively new HE top loader. Is there some kind of trick?
