I am grateful for all coupons, but I’ve only ever had coupons for item category I rarely purchase from.

I never knew you changed your policy but I have noticed I received coupons in my email after they were no longer available to use!! Then I purchased something on the weekend and get the coupon Tuesday after my order was shipped and I was out of luck!! I don’t buy nearly as much from HSN since the coupon has dropped off and are not good for sales or clearance! I also bought a phone one week and the phone was the today special the next week. I think you should have a way of telling customers when you go to purchase something that it is going on sale soon! Also more coupons for customers on the weekend and have them last at least a week or two! Use to love to shop HSN but lately the new venders are not selling items like the old HSN too many fad items and not classic! Thanks for listening and asking for input!

I never understood the “select” coupon system that HSN uses. The stores that I purchase from email specials to all on their “lists” and also on their website. No random “select” business.
I’m sorry that they have not answered you yet after 5 months but thank you again for all your efforts to change the current system.
At least there is a 20 percent discount today presented on the home page. Hope that it’s a start and we will see more of it.:womanhappy:

Don’t wanna pee on anyone’s parade….each has an opinion and I respect that. However, I notice HSN is the ONLY shopping network out of QVC, EVINE, JTV and many more that offer coupons. I’m thankful for any penny saved. Thank you HSN!

Please put personal coupons on the homepage banner. I don’t always sign in to check my Spendable Kash (knowing I don’t have any) to look for coupons. I found one there recently for 20% and was looking to use it until I read the “rules”. It is good only on Andrew Lessman products. When that is the case, please label the coupon as such up front. Frustrating to shop and then not buy – for both me and HSN.

Coupons seem to exclude customers who do not have an HSN credit card.

Yes! Home page coupons pleeeeaaase!
I buy all the time from my favorite brands on HSN. I have had lots of autoship items. I have spent thousands! It would be so nice to see a coupon on the home page that I didn’t have to hunt for, that I could use on items I know so well and will NOT be returning! Most other sites do this! They take care of their loyal customers who keep coming back! I would buy more if I felt appreciated!

, HSN does not offer coupons in a way that works for me, so I rarely get to use them.
Mostly, I wait and buy clearance items, and coupons dont apply to clearance. The coupons that expire in 24 hours need to be at least 1 or 2 weeks for me to use them. One day? Just not enough time for me. It would be great to get the benefit of coupon useage that is offered to new customers, and credit card customers.
Thanks for your participation in trying to address this with HSN.

Personally I have never been a coupon shopper. If I need or just want to splurge a coupon is really not going to make a difference.
Now I will change my thoughts if it is 30-50 percent of any item(s); including non sale purchase price.
I am not into searing my email daily in hope of a bargain. Just buy what you need and move forward to be happy. Do not forget the sales tax.. 25 percent if you are a lucky duck, deduct sales tax and S/H..
If you can use it for electronics that would be great. I guess working on coupons for electronics would really make a big difference. I need a nice smart TV:) :catwink:

How do I feel about the changes HSN has made since September 2016? Answer: WHAT CHANGES!?!
And, how do I really feel about HSN’s current, 2017, Coupon Policy?
Answer: Well, let me tell you! I’ve been shopping here for umpteen years. Sometimes I get a Select Customer coupon in my email, sometimes I don’t. I guess you could say I’m a SOMETIMES Select Customer. It’s all such HOOEY.
ALL HSN COUPONS should be INCLUSIVE of everyone. HSN is extremely stingy, disrespectful, and short-sighted in this regard as it really aggravates us customers when there’s a Coupon out there we can’t use. I know it sure aggravates me!
I mean, what IS this Select Customer-business anyway? It makes you FEEL like a loser if you don’t get one… like you just aren’t held in any REGARD, any ESTEEM, by HSN no matter how much money you’ve spent here. It’s a shameful practice by HSN for it is nothing less than an EMOTIONAL SLAP IN THE FACE!

As much as I love receiving a coupon, I’ll still buy things without one if the price is right.
Many B&M stores occasionally have extra discounts and incentives for their store branded credit card customers, and I’m OK with that. I’m also OK with the fact that HSN does the same. I don’t even have any store branded credit cards.
HSN is the only web store that I shop with that offers coupons to “selected” customers. I can only guess how some customers are selected. Sometimes is might be to reward frequent shoppers. Sometimes it might be to get someone who hasn’t shopped in a while to buy something. We’ve seen often enough what happens when those coupons are shared here, so I don’t need to explain why I think coupons for selected customers only aren’t a good thing. If HSN sends me a coupon, everyone should be able to use it.

In my neck of the woods, the people that rarely buy from HSN are the ones that get coupons.
HSN is very comfortable with regular customers because it is repeat business. Why bother to offer incentives?

I find it frustrating–it’s like those stores that provide a $10 coupon off a purchase of $10 or more but there are so many exclusions it is hard to find something to use it on—cannot use it on best buy items and every rack has a best buy sign on. But then there are some stores that seem to be excited about saving you money and go out of their way to use your coupons and will ring p multiple purchases if necessary.
The type of coupons coming from HSN do not get me excited about, I can see not using them on clearance items but limit there.
-
Also, why can’t HSN put a coupon for all to see on their web page like everyone else. I don’t always have time to check my e-mail everyday and too often by the time I read it, the expiration date hits me like a ton of bricks because it was yesterday.

Kemi, the special coupons that I have received have a limit. These are not true coupons in my book. Other websites have 10%, 15%, 25% and more where you can use the coupon all day and not on one item. Also, I received a “Birthday” coupon last month that I could not use. Reason, the one item I liked was in red. No, it wasn’t a clearance. It was just reduced, not a sale, for a time. No where on the coupon did it say you could not use it on a item that was reduced. So, there has to be some disclosures. We are not mind readers. Also would like to see a coupon that is an actual 20% off. It could be for one purchase or several. A few years ago this was the norm. Today, not so much. Sometimes I get a laugh on the “select” coupon when you can only use it up to a certain amount and it covers S/H only. There was a discussion on this as well. People felt they were being ripped off. My main feeling is that, like yourself and others, that a coupon is for all. Not for a select few. All disclosures should be on that coupon. Nothing in print and the customer for some reason cannot use the coupon, he or she should get that amount off at next purchase as spendable Kash.
