I had the same experience! I tried using it and it wouldn’t work. I contacted customer service and they told me that since Andrew Lessman’s stuff was already on sale that i couldn’t use the 25% coupon. I can understand that, but it is EXTREMELY misleading to advertise the coupon on your homepage while said items are on sale, just to not be able to use it! “25% off all Andrew Lessman 11-24 — 12-24

This  sounds like Bait And Swich and might not be legal.??.This is so discusting that with this and coupled with shoddy merchandise i will never shop here again and i hope others follow suit…Companys who are not ethical will never change untill they loose customers and then maybe just maybe they will realize the errors of there ways….So tired of the crap that goes on with corps,they dont care about people only $$$.Buy from small businesses who DO care and are honest and have integrity.I am gonna share what they did with the coupon on my social media and others forums i visit and ask that others do the same.

I didn’t know about amazon, but I’ve purchased 90% of mine directly from procaplabs. They have the exact same specials and flex pays as hsn. The only difference is the extended return policy that hsn has this time of year. Procaplabs is always 30 days.

Sorry to hear that.  I ordered more than $100 today, and I forgot to use my coupon. I chatted with HSN and asked if I could apply my coupon after the fact, and they allowed me to do it.

You know, I posted a thread about purchasing Andrew’s vitamins through amazon.  Seemed like no one was interested.  I got zero replies, which I was surprised since I mentioned that I saved $85!  The only con is that you don’t have flex pays.  I also mentioned that they are sent by Pro Caps.

AND, here’s the fine print, irregardless of changes to validity dates, they can hide behind:

“The use of this coupon may disqualify the order from inclusion in other  promotional offers OR DISCOUNTS“.

The promotional offers or DISCOUNTS, not only in this case, fall under fine print wording(s):

This Visit only (means the whole visit, all 2-3 days),

Event pricing  (means any kind of event they want to call it)

Special pricing (?????)

Today’s Special or Today‘s Special’s (plural, multiple items)

Today’s Special 2 or Today’s Special’s 2 (plural)

& other etc.

I’m no lawyer but that’s a pretty broad, indefinable, and “up to interpretation” statement. 

It’s in all the coupons, and it’s a mighty big umbrella.

coupon not working, unfair practices by HSN. More money in my pocket, refuse to buy coz all sale prices are higher this visit & coupon not working either

I hope HSN will make it right for everyone. 

I’m glad they have haven’t responded, I would be spending more money. I just checked my account. Since January of this year, I’ve spent $1200 on Lessman products. These aren’t the only quality vitamins, and I’m sure I can find them for less money.

It’s interesting that none of the mods have posted here in the last 24 hours, not even to say that this has been forwarded to the Marketing Dept.

Go to Natural Factors site.  They have tons of supplements that are high quality. 

I have to agree that this is going back on your word, HSN. I understand that you made a mistake in not eliminating the dates Andrew was on in December. However, I have been in many stores where a price or offer was posted incorrectly, and luckily for me, all those stores stood behind their price even though it might have been a loss to them. I think you should re-consider to avoid losing some valued customers. :smileyfrustrated:
