  Thanks for addressing this. HSN CS is confused about this code. I tried to get some clarification for y’all and spoke w an HSN agent, and she was quite rude to me. She refused to look at the Visa Checkout website to see that they are offering this coupon through December. However, I successfully used the code.

I may be trying in vain to address the difficulties re: Visa Checkout so I apologize in advance and you can always ignore this.

First I’d like to clarify that

HSN has NOTHING to do with these Visa Checkout promo offers, therefor HSN CS are not familiar with nor can they be helpful unless by sheer luck you get a rep that is either knowledgeable or sympathetic.

It is complicated and confusing and granted the Visa Checkout process doesn’t make it easy to use but HSN and HSN CS is not at fault as this is not an offer generated by HSN.

So, 

when the item(s) are in your HSN shopping bag click on the “you may also pay with Visa Checkout” option which takes you to the Visa Checkout site.  You must sign in first. (assuming you have an account and have registered your card with Visa Checkout).

After sign in, on the homepage there are options, one of them is Holiday Deals , click on that .

proceed by clicking the link Shop now which takes you to your shopping bag at the HSN site. You should be able to continue with your purchase by putting in the code 163633  OR  as it has happened to me before the discounted amount showed up already applied without me entering the coupon code! ???

FYI:  I did notice only for this particular offer, Holiday Deals, during the HSN purchase process using 163633 after going thru the steps above, I got confirmation that my “discount had been successfully applied” which it was, but where it shows the coupon I used for that transaction it said I had used CP 161786 not 163633 which may be why HSN CS isn’t honoring the 163633 possibly because the deals are identical except for the validity dates: Offer is valid 11/01/2016 –12/21/2016 or when promotional redemption limit has been reached.
