@Kattkatria, unfortunately I was unable to locate your order from yesterday. You should be able to locate the order number next to the charge on your account. If you are not seeing a charge on your account, then its safe to say an order wasn’t placed and you’ll just need to place a new order. I’m not able to assist with the number of FlexPays but I can help with any price change for the item. It might not look the same as yesterdays order and we may have to refund you after you’ve been billed but we should at least be able to get the same total price. What items are priced differently today?
