You need to follow the directions that were included with the phone package in order to receive those minutes. Please look through your packaging for the insert that has these directions on it and follow them to receive your minutes. 

? Good idea! I didn’t mean to upset anyone by copying their coupons on this thread, but I rubbed someone the wrong way. The comment isn’t here anymore, but it made me feel bad. All I wanna do is help. 

@kemiqueen, where does it say it’s the Welcome email sign up coupon? Nowhere!

You know how to get around this stuff (me too) and we help others so go for it with Chat or email.

Also I checked ALL my coupon posts nothing ended in E29 so this is a new coupon #.

Did you put in the whole code or just WE23?

PS. am going to try to move this whole thread to the top somehow
