I wondered how come that page disappeared from HSN. After I tried mine, I wondered what others thought…and could never find that vac listed again!. I vacuumed two area rugs so did not notice that it was getting hot. It was heavier than I expected…my negative with the "What in the world…" was those alleged wheels on the floor portion. They were so tiny it is hard to imagine they will not break, much less roll. The positive is that it was POWERFUL with the corresponding negative that emptying that small dirt container will be an annoyance. And hard to imagine that paper filter is going to last forever and is washable. I’ll keep it since too much trouble to return (and expensive). It is light and easy enough that my AWESOME SHARK can rest while I do the quickie vacuuming with my green vac.

I’ve had mine since last Thursday. It was delivered sooner than my email said it would be.So far I have used mine in the kitchen and bathrooms it worked great for me. I had fun showing my husband what it could pick up just where it had walked on the carpet. I’ve had no problem with it getting hot.The handle has a button you hold down to adjust the handle. Maybe you didn’t get it in all the way and locked.? I we were impressed at the power it has to be so small. Works great in and around all the grandkids toys!

Junk made again in wonderful China.HSN come on ??

I sent mine back the day I received it. The most horrible piece of junk ever made. Cheap plastic. Attachments were impossible to get off and on. When I tried to use it as a hand held, the handle would not come off. Anyone thinking of puchasing this, please do not bother!!!!!!

I came on the HSN website to show a friend about this vacuum and the amazing success I’ve had with it. Only, I find that the page was deleted/missing. 🙁 Most things are made in China now so I’m more about "does it work for me?" attitude. I take this baby to work with me and I’m a cleaner for office buildings. It not only picks up pretty much anything I can throw at it, but clean up is a breeze. The air freshener does wonders as well! Yes, it does get warm, but I just leave it set for a bit to cool down. For the price I got it for, I can’t complain. I’ve purchased brands at like wal-mart for the same price if not more and had terrible results. I hope if it’s the case about some defects they improve the model and bring it back for future purchases.

I’m looking forward to seeing these at the outlet store soon. They have AirFlo purifier’s on “manager’s special” for $9.99… Which is about what a forever fragrant fan is worth. I was happy to purchase one at that price!

I was so excited and couldnt wait to get my vacuum, but ended up dissapointed. Within five minutes, it began to get real hot and shut off. I was very pleased with the beauty bag set I bought recently, but the vac is going back.

I’ve been pleased with every JM purchase that I’ve made, even though some were overpriced (Beauty). … Some items, I Knew to avoid and I was glad that I did.
This vacuum might be a good product, but the Cut and Run act is very distasteful. I think that This is my first JM purchase involving a ‘Cut And Run – Remove All Traces’ … It is bad business. It is also warning to stay away from the brand.

sent ours back the day after receiving it. wrote a review the same day about what a piece of junk it was. cheaply made ran very very hot ,I kept looking at all the bad reviews ,including mine and found hsn put all the 5 star reviews on the 1st few pages and then you get down a few pages and then you see all the bad reviews. All with the same concerns. After 80 some mostly bad reviews i see they removed it so no one else could complain. They will be getting thousands of them back ,if they really sold that many. I wish when they demoed it on tv they should have put an egg on the motor housing to show how quick it frys.

I’m concerned that if this product is discontinued and will no longer be manufactured how will you get replacement parts for it? It supposed to be under a one year warranty.

I actually like the vacuum and wanted to leave a review, only to discover that it has been removed from the website. My only complaint is that after opening the dirt collection container to empty it a few times, the little plastic"hinges" broke off. No big deal, it still stays firmly closed with the main closure. I have not experienced the excess heat but haven’t had to run it for more than a few mionutes at a time. As fair as being made in China….what isn’t these days? Yes, I’d prefer to buy products made in the USA but those are few and far between. Just about everything HSN and other places (online or brick and mortar) sell are made in China or other countries.
