I Agree with you & will get in on the class action direction.

I, also, purchased an HP laptop with Elite Lifetime Support & I have the same issue that Downtown11 has with contacting the service that HSN had bundled with the product that was sold.

Also, Please issue refund for pro rate warranty, or honor your committment, as advertised on air!

I will never buy any product with lifetime warranty from HSN & I have made it known to friends & colleagues of what has occurred!

I will, also, be skeptical of HSN promises,on air, in future,& probably never purchase from HSN again, unless this is resolved quickly, & satisfactorily!

i sent it back 2 weeks ago and it arrived 9/18 but 7 days later no refund. The site says it takes 3 days for credit or debit. Whats taking so long?

okay sorry. i didn’t know how else to send it. i have to open the package to get the return label right?
