NO TICKETS FOR TS JIGSAW PUZZLE

I was finaly able to play the TS Jigsaw Puzzle again (android mobile) but when game was over it did not award tickets or show score. Profile Rewards does not acknowledge game was played. Shows Flip Out as.last game played. Also as another poster experienced, the first time I played, after playing awhile it just flashed and zap…all gone. Page went right back to start.
