Called Friday in hopes of reaching customer service
I spoke last friday to an hsn sales person regarding quilts that were being sold at a price lower than what I paid for them, Friday would have been the 30 day price guarantee. The woman told me she had made a note on my account regarding this as all customer service people had gone home for the holidays and to call back today. So I did. The gentleman said he could not give me money back as the price reduction was not in effect. I have several limitations and one of them is speech. It was very difficult to make the phone call once let alone again. I asked that this gentleman refer to the HSN management and to respond back to me. Iam a loyal hsn customer and whenever I can I do things by computer. I was very disappointed that the 30 day price guarantee was not respected and that it was difficult for me to communicate with people.

I am sorry u had this experience. Have u tried posting on the Customer Service forum here on the Community? This is the Arcade forum, and u may not get the help u need. There is also a Chat feature on HSN.com under My Account, which I think u will find very helpful. It’s like texting back and forth live w a CSR.
